 Rick is a Class A member of the Golf Course Supt. Association of America and the Indiana Golf Course Supt. Association. He is in his second term on the Board of Directors of the IGCSA and is currently Vice-President. Rick came to West-Chase in Sept. of 1996, a month after opening. Originally from Champaign,IL he started in the profession at the University of Illinois Golf Courses. Upon leaving the UofI, he became superintendent at Tri-City Country Club just south of Champaign. Moving to Indiana in 1983, he accepted the Asst. Supt. position at Woodland Country Club in Carmel. Rick took over at Golf Club of Indiana as Golf Course Supt. in late 1989 before coming to West-Chase in 1996. Rick and his wife Moni have two children and also two grandchildren, as well as their two mutts Jag and Kelli ! |
